At 4x4 Outfitter, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Please note that certain oversized items or custom-built recovery gear may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the specific parts you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all bolts, brackets, and instruction manuals are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided RMA shipping label and attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear for signs of installation or damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
